Raising Self-Awareness of Habits of Perception
Participants will be taken through an exercise designed to identify habits of perception that contribute to success and that may be contributing to stress and challenges in the work place. The objective of the workshop is to create a individualized action plan for each participant that addresses stress factors and blind spots resulting from, primarily unconscious, habits of perception.
Group Facilitation Skills
Through an interactive process participants will come to understand the fundamentals of facilitation and have an opportunity to participate in a variety of intervention and process continuation exercises. This workshop is offered in a number of formats to accommodate moderation, information sharing, idea exploration, and problem solving facilitation techniques.
Conflict in the Workplace
The necessity to manage and resolve conflict is an inevitable aspect of organizational culture. This workshop, offered in 1, 2 and 3 day formats, helps participants build the capacity to effectively address conflict, with an eye to the implications to morale and productivity. A variety of problem identification and solution skills are explored, in addition to techniques for moving conflict to agreement.
Interest Based Negotiation
This workshop is designed to provide participants with an understanding of negotiating styles, strategies and techniques. The principal focus of the workshop revolves around identifying "interests" that can be incorporated into win-win outcomes. Reframing, standards, ethics, BATNA, and creating agreements are covered as part of this program.
